What is
BANG Muay Thai?

BANG Muay Thai is the striking system created by Duane “Bang” Ludwig, a former Muay Thai world champion and UFC fighter who went on to be named MMA Coach of the Year in 2013 and 2014. He built BANG from everything he learned in the ring and the cage, inspired by the legendary Bas Rutten, and turned it into a system anyone can learn from day one.

One system, any goal

Fitness, self-defense, kickboxing or MMA: everyone learns the same proven striking foundation, then builds on it.

Clear ranks

Your shirt color shows your rank. Everyone starts in white and moves up through the curriculum as they learn.
