Skills that
last a lifetime
The kicks and punches are the fun part. What parents notice first is everything else: a kid who stands a little taller, listens a little better and makes friends a little easier.
Confidence
Kids learn they can do hard things. Every new technique and every rank earned builds confidence that shows up at school, with friends and at home.
Discipline
Listening, focus, respect and follow-through are part of every class. Kids learn to show up, work hard and earn their progress.
Social skills
Kids train with partners, take turns and cheer each other on. They make friends, learn teamwork and get comfortable around new people.

Parent questions
Lil Ninjas starts at age 4. Kids 4–7 train together, and kids 8–15 have their own Lil Ninjas and Youth Jiu Jitsu classes.
Lil Ninjas is youth kickboxing, built on the BANG Muay Thai system. Youth Jiu Jitsu is grappling on the ground. Kids 8–15 can do one or both.
A T-shirt and athletic shorts. We have gear to borrow for the first classes.
Not to start. When you’re ready, we sell gear and a kids bundle with gloves and a belt. Kids only ever buy their white belt. Every belt after that is on us as they rank up.
Lil Ninjas follows a structured rank system with a clear path to progress, so kids always have a goal to work toward. Ranks carry over into the adult program as kids get older.
Yes. We have a large seating area, and parents are welcome to watch every class.
Not at all. Most kids start with no experience. Coaches keep classes fun, group kids by age and help every child at their own pace.
